I just unlocked it after completed an easy community game.
Actually, the achievements aren’t recalculated every minute. When you finish a puzzle, they are. So you got the achievement, but it wasn’t linked to this puzzle in particular.
I know, it’s misleading, but it seems we haven’t an easy way to recalculate this.
