At round 300 orange is not getting a field in the middle, why?

There’s no round 300. Do you mean 317? If so, it is because the area needs to be entirely surrounded by one color, including its corners.

Edit: Never mind me, I was mistaking the number of steps with the number of rounds.

Good question. I think orange should have gotten the whole area at step 297.

It was fixed just before your post
