One suggestion: if you I could load match from last battles to ide that will really help to debug specific match…

Are the diagonal corners required to surround an empty area, or just the left, right, up, and down edges?
I just started this puzzle the other day. It does appear that diagonal corners are required to surround an empty area.
I was surprised there was so little on this forum thread so I did a google search and found that there was a more extensive thread after the contest was completed.
