I’ve been logging into the site for a couple weeks and every time I log in the chat bar is just blank white space with no way of minimizing it. I think it’s been going on for a few weeks. It seems to be the same for both chrome and IE

My resolution is 1920 x 1200. The browser display is sized at about 2/3 of my monitor but the chat is also not sowing up in full screen
