"Create a new puzzle" broken

When I try to make a new puzzle on the Contribute section, I just see a lot of blank fields and I’m unable to make a new puzzle.

Check the “draft” check-box.

Hi

I get the same problem.

This also happens when we try to edit a problem. All the fields are all blank, not editable and underlined in red as there were a mistake in them. The drop down list where we select the languages are empty. The “draft” check box does not appear. Here is a screenshot of what I see.
