Enigma - 3 misunderstood wire rotation

Hi, I just started the game “Enigma - 3 rotors without plugboard” and I don’t understand the sentence “Wire T-P becomes S-O.”
If I rotate the rotor 1 I don’t see how I can have T-P become S-O.

I see N too but don’t forget that after the first letter, the first rotor rotates.
Maybe the rotor rotates after each letter entered.

Actually the rotor movement is like this:

The hint lies in the description itself.

Effect of a rotation

Let’s take rotors with only 5 letters (A, B, C, D, E).
There are wires that set substitutions:
A - B, B - D, C - E, D - C, E - A
After both alphabets rotate around these wires, the substitution will become:
E - A, A - C, B - D, C - B, D - E,
