I’m not certain how it works, but I’ve just put another like on your most popular post (8 days ago -about maintaining motivation) so the thread has 3 likes total. I assume it counts every like for every comment on the post as that is what shows on your user profile. You can try deleting every other post and see if it goes through. Otherwise, probably best to just forget about it and let it happen naturally if at all.
I’m starting to think that there is something wrong with the achievement. This is my one.
To clarify, in case there is a language barrier, the wording in your achievement makes it seem that all of your posts should each have 3 or more likes, but it actually means that you need 3 likes total.
Maybe it’s related to the forum login error. I would just wait until the forum is fixed and see if the tally updates.

All good. I’ve liked a couple more of your posts so you can see if and when it’s working. I’d assume that it’s broken at the moment and that pardouin received the achievements when it was working.
