So, I’ve been fascinated with programming since I was 11, and I’ve been on a programming course since last year… since I was a kid I was fascinated with games as well, and programming games… I heard about CodinGame some years ago but never really looked at it, but today I thought I’d give it a chance and try it, I liked the way they teach but I was wondering if I could really learn something from there that could help me in programming my own games, obviously that i don’t mean games like FarCry… but little games like mortal kombat and shit, just to give an example…

Codingame is not intended for learning purposes. Tell us what language you know and someone can guide you. You should try Unity. Or follow some book about building your own engine with sdl/sfml/dx/etc.
CodinGame can at least provide interesting puzzle to practice what you learned… also…
