Mars Lander - Level 1 - "Economic" Achievement can't be unlocked

I’ve solved the puzzle and then realised, that i haven’t unlocked the third achievement (“Economic”). So i solved it again so that i unlock the third achievement too but i couldn’t unlock this achievement even so i’ve finished the task with 306l fuel left.
Is it only possible to unlock those achievements with my very first code that i send with the “submit”-button?

There is a difference between the IDE testcases and the validation testcases. Does your algorithm solve the validation testcase?

The IDE testcases and the validation testcases are similar, but they serve different purposes. The IDE testcases are there to help you debug your algorithm. The validation testcases are there to verify that your algorithm really solves the problem. Without them you could solve every problem with IF/ELSE statements.
