Move leaderboard of ongoing contest at the top of leaderboards list

Small change request suggestion: when there is an ongoing contest, it would be nice to have its leaderboard at the top of the All leaderboards list, together with Global and Clash, instead of having to scroll down to somewhere in the middle of the list to find it.
