Is it possible to access our personal programming skill dashboard, or is it a feature reserved to company?
Yes you can, just click your nickname at the top left of the screen.
I expected to see the dashboard like in this picture :

This screenshot is related to another product used by companies. This product allows company to create coding skill assessment and they give it to candidate they have. So it is not directly related to CodinGame puzzles. For that reason, we can’t provide you such a dashboard
