Why is Rust neither in the “skills” section of the profile, nor in the forum topics list?

The Rust subcategory has been added in the category programming language.

What do you mean by the Skills section of the profile?
If you mean achievements, I confirm there is already an achievement for Rust. Do you mean you have solved a puzzle in Rust and do not get the achievement?
I guess we’re talking about the “I’m skilled in” section in the Setting page.
