For some reason it will not award me the last achievement even if I am in the mentioned criteria. (I think there might be a bug, if by any change I didn’t misunderstood the requirements)

Is the screenshot from the IDE or the validation tests ? Both are slightly different and passing the last IDE test might not give exactly the same result as in the validation.
The screen was from the IDE… and you are right, the test in the validation behaves different. Sorry for alarming you over nothing.
