It seems that this creates no problem, the contribution will be accepted if it has at least 3 validations after the 7 days and will be refused if it receives 3 rejections during this period. We’ll leave it like that and fix the text to says “APPROVE (4/3)” and not “4/4”
Thanks. I’m fine with it if 3 rejections is enough to refuse the contribution even when there are more than 3 approvals during the 7-day period.
