The last validator contradicts to the statement: “On each of the left (n-1)/2 stones sits a male m frog looking to the right … Male and female start positions can also be reversed”
As @TBali mentionned it (and @selenae too in the contribution comments, but you validators just do not care) : last validator breaks statement rules…
Constraints :
3 ≤ n ≤ 100
n is odd
100 is odd ?
… and tests and validators are max n = 11…not very compliant with max n constraint huh…
Seriously, stop to validate puzzles with eyes closed and no brain…
Agree with the 4th validator which contradicts the statement.
Also, it could be nice to have some test case where male start right, because it can be a shock to pass all test and see that you fail ALL validators, only because you handled the reversed position badly ![]()
I’ve revised the first constraint, swapped Test 2 and Validator 2, and revised the last validator based on the comments above.
The approvers of this puzzle should check contributions carefully before approving any in the future.
