This puzzle is not really difficult, and maybe closer to easy…

Insufficient test cases

  • Some valid content lines should contain following text

    +-

    -+

    A twisted combination of the border (perhaps 1 char less or changing orders of several + / - characters)

OTOH, should probably mentioned

  • For each Row, <tr></tr> is used to represent them

  • For each Column, <td></td> is used to represent them

  • Output format is kind of misleading users to think only 2 column exists for every row, which is not the case

    Next lines: The representation HTML of each line of the array in the form :
    <tr><td>Content of cell 1</td><td>Content of cell 2</td></tr>
