I’ve been having this error today, for instance in this replay. This always happens at the beginning of a submit. According to @reCurse this is caused by a timeout of the compilation, which seems consistent, since compilation should happen only once at the beginning of a submit.

Could not reproduce. Compilation timeout is 20 seconds. Rust was updated since this was reported.
