Bug: "Test in IDE" in submission queue brings old version of puzzle

Try it on Distributing over boolean expressions: clicking “Test in IDE” brings to a french version of the puzzle, that I can only guess is a previous version of it, but definitely isn’t the current puzzle contribution.

How can we properly moderate it?

I was reproducing this morning and now I can’t. Probably because the contribution is back in draft mode. Let’s see if it reoccurs.

EDIT: ok issue still happens.
