hello, i like the simplicy of the puzzle, it ACTUALLY an easy and not COMPLEX puzzle, but i’m having trouble with the rule ( more detail would be better), i getting the same output for the test 1, but it validating, and for a left arrow, where it should start: here is my code (not optimize at all) but just for output purpos (c++):

invalid literal for int() with base 10
This kept being a problem when trying to convert the string numbers into ints.

Print to the error stream what parameter your code passed to the int() function, and debug from there.

Nice practice puzzle without any BS, well done!

I had a bit of difficulty with a NewLine character not being accepted on the last row. Maybe it’s a peculiarity of the C# error handling but since only the line with the issue is shown it took me a while to track down which line specifically it was having issues with because they’re practically the same.

Perhaps a note in the instructions saying there can’t be a NewLine character at the end of the last row or at the end of the complete string, whichever wording suits better, would be helpful?

This was actually entirely my fault because of how I used a combination of StringBuilder and printing the string to console. Not something that needs to be the instructions.
