there are no complains about rounding the output speed but they should be here because:

  1. Constraint: The output angles are always integers has nothing with the puzzle since we not output angles we output SPEED.
  2. Rounding should be done by ignoring digits after the decimal point, which is not mentioned in the puzzle .
