I could not find some general forum topic on contribution creation questions, so I created this one specifically for my question.
While making contributions, you can add and remove a test/validator case. I would like it if the option insert is added. I regularly think of a new case whose logical place would be somewhere in the middle of already existing cases; the only method of inserting that I know of at the moment is by replacing all existing cases one down until I can insert the case. That seems like a lot of work that could be solved if I could simply insert a new case at any position.
