Just wanted to ask whether Platinum Rift II counts into the ratings and achievements or not? And if it does, will the final ranking after 6 weeks count only, or each week individually?

It will counts, but only with the final leaderboard (after 6 weeks).
The results will affect achievements, points and glory.
When will this happen? I mean the contest is over now, and it is not yet added to my points.
