My CoC contributions go from WIP to Refused at the end of the 30-day period

This has happened to all of my contributions:

I can still edit the contribution, change the status to “Ready” and submit.

Yes indeed. After each 30 day period contributions are automatically ‘refused’. You can just resubmit as WIP or Ready, and then a new period of 30 days starts.

Also, if you check the comment area of your contributions, you should see a message which explains that, something like:

Hey CodinGamer! Your contribution has unfortunately not been moderated on time and will temporarily be removed from the system… But no worries! You can republish it anytime to give it another chance! :slight_smile:

or

I hope you received enough feedback from the community to improve your contribution. Once you have made the necessary updates, publish your contribution!
