I just got a notification with absolutely no content (checked it in Chromium and Firefox).
It turned out that someone wrote a comment on one of my puzzle solutions.

Happens quite often for me 
I’ve got a total of 5 blank notifications over the past month. Can someone please look into this?
I can double that, 10 notifications for me 
I also got a few of these.
Check your pending contributions, these usually get the most comments.
I reported the bug already
