Rust rand crate version in FAQ

Hello!

So, I’m seeing a compilation error that makes me think that the rand crate version in the FAQ is not the one being used…
I can only reproduce the problem by using rand 0.5. The FAQ states that the version is 0.4.2.

You’re right.

rand = "0.5.4"
libc = "0.2.42"
time = "0.1.40"

I’ll update the faq to reflect the changes.
