[SDK] dto.Tooltip is opaque

Hi,

As per the Testing section of the Game Runner documentation, we’re given the tooltips list.

Unfortunately, as of runner-3.15.0, we can’t do anything with it: the class doesn’t expose any data.

PS: there’s also an ids field there, that isn’t documented. What is it?

These classes and their javadoc will all be updated in version 3.15.2.
