I didn’t have to use platform at all but my code passed all the tests… It feels kinda wrong. Now, I’m wondering if I did it right… Is this OK? Or is it some sort of bug in the problem?

As for your question, the variable platform is not a must use in the first version of Skynet. It depends on your algorithm.
