Update to 3.8

Hi !

I would like to know when will you update the version of python to >3.8.
I saw that actually it’s:

3.7.3rc1 (default, Mar 13 2019, 11:01:15) 
[GCC 8.3.0]

I think we will be able to win some precious characters with the new operator := in the clash of code !

We’ll do an update of the languages before the end of October. I don’t know if we’ll change the version of Python to 3.8 though.
